the Eye on Malaysia (previously in KL) and Singapore Flyer was also great. i want to try the one in London
nice nice! i agree a view from the top is really stunning. literally it is and if we relate it to life, it still makes sense.
bakit wala kang pics from the top? :) hehe seriously, nice shots of the ferris wheels :)
I stayed at that moon shaped hotel, The Pan Pacific hotel, back in 2004. I remember my wife and I had a heavy bag and a little Japanese lady working there carried my bag. I wanted to give her a tip but I know that is not done in Japan.
cute ferris wheels!
jasper: those i wish to take pics of. he he.ilusyon.
dong: sana nga lang di na siya bababa. :-)
carlotta: me fear of heights ako. literally and figuratively... :-)
tornadoes: that place in yokohama was lovely. and yup, tipping is not appreciated in Japan and I love it that way.. :-)
turismoboi: cute.. he he. just wondering, are they really made for kids?
My two-year-old niece took a ride of that in Fujikyu Highlands... Fear of heights ka pa? :p She even wanted to try the coasters! What do you say, sama mo na niece ko at mawala anv fears mo :)
scary naman sa taas ng ferris wheel... huhu parang mahuhulog yung puso ko :(pero nice shots kuya!
Life is like a wheel....
di ko alam kung sa yokohama harbor pero nakasakay ako ng isang para laxury ship or parang yate lang sa yokohama with some filipino and japanese students. it was when we attended the yokohama student forum in 2005! ang linis talaga ng yokohama!
Oh, I want to visit this place. I love theme parks.
the last time I was on a ferris wheel was in grade school pa, when I wasn't that scare-dy. ;PAmbot la yana. Tingali na ak madismayo.
Looks like big ferris wheels are becoming popular with big cities. There's one in London,in Singapore and now in Yokohama. You're right, humans need another perspective - whether that's their lives or literally their environment.
hmmm, i love riding Ferris wheelwhen I was a child i thought it was Fairies Wheel (wheel ng mga fairy)he he.
maganda nga kasi makikita mo lahat, pero malungkot because you cant feel the real life... the excitement of getting at the top...the people you laugh with out of carefree fun, the challenges along the way. when you reach the top, you will realize its lonely there kasi mag isa ka na lang..like in the ferris wheel, isa lang yun nasa tuktok di ba... masaya yun nakikita mong masaya ang mga taong kasama mo, naririnig mo mga tawanan at kanilang kwento..makikita mo yun mga mata nila..mararamdaman mo yun kaligayahan nila... the ferris wheel is a lonely journey..
Impressive.... but I am afraid of heights! :-(
Shooooot! I have fear of heights! I wouldn't go there lest I want to pee and/or crap on myself. Sheesh!
Meron din palang giant ferris wheel dyan? That first pic reminds me of another pic, sa London naman.
Kelan ka ba punta dito sa Singapore? Para makita mo naman ang SG Flyer. Mas malaki pa kesa sa nasa London. = D
